WordPress Gives a Hand (#WPGivesAHand), the annual charity initiative in which companies, creators and professionals across the WordPress community team up for good, is returning for its sixth year from December 22–28, 2025.

What began in 2020 as a simple decision of helping the ones in need has now grown into a recognized community tradition and movement where WordPress businesses donate a portion of their revenue to support causes that matter. Over the years, participating companies have collectively helped raise tens of thousands of dollars for charities and nonprofit organizations making a meaningful difference across the globe.

Among the recommended charities for 2025 are organizations like SOS Children’s Villages, One Tree Planted and Dog Help Kharkiv, dedicated to protecting vulnerable communities, environment and animals affected by crisis.

This initiative is not just for businesses to participate but for them and users to support as well, by:
Purchasing from participating companies during the initiative week
Sharing their content
Engaging with the #WPGivesAHand hashtag

“Good actions create momentum and spark change,” the organizers added. “When one company gives, another sees it and joins. When a user buys a product from a participating company, that expands the impact even further. And WordPress Gives a Hand is proof that even small contributions create a ripple effect of support, hope and positive change.”
This year’s participants include the following companies: Awsm Digital Innovations Pvt Ltd, Brandy, Bookster, Convesio, Melgorano Venture Studio, NitroPack, Melgorano Venture Studio, Seahawk Media, WPBakery and WP Kraken
