WP Livestream 1.8.5 released with improved site-wide notifications 🔔 wplivestream.com

WP Livestream version 1.8.5 has just been released, and with it comes some improvements for site-wide notifications.

– No more caching issues. The notification bar now relies on JavaScript to be triggered. This means that your caching solution should not prevent your notifications from being displayed. ✅
– No page refresh needed 🔃. Notifications now work without needing a page refresh. The notification will automatically show/hide every 60 seconds, depending on your channel status (note: any page with the embed will currently still need to be refreshed to switch from showing offline content to showing your livestream embed).
